Green Township – Green Building Index (GBI) certification criteria

Brought to you by Team Setia, the master plan design was conceptualized based on the Green Building Index (GBI) certification criteria, and as a result, all homes and community facilities in Setia Eco Glades are GBI certified to be sustainable. The gated and guarded enclave of Setia Eco Glades also has these green features for a smaller carbon footprint:

Adopting the Strata Gated & Guarded concept; each two parcels are protected and controlled with a single entry and exit point via a main guard house with integrated perimeter fencing; fibre optic CCTV and house alarm linked to Central Monitoring System (CMS)


Themed Gardens & Unique Fountains

Setia Eco Glades contains many different habitats within its parklands and canals, which are ideal for creating and sustaining mini-ecosystems for native flora and fauna. It is to ensure that these creatures will survive and thrive in their brand new home, continuing their natural cycle of life. There are few different themes garden such as Liu Li Gardens, Lepironia Gardens, Orchard Gardens and etc. Meanwhile, 8 different unique fountains are a waterfront resolution within this project.


Healthy Lifestyle – Hammock Club

Each Hammock Club is shared between two island-enclaves, housing facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, half basketball court, as well as social spaces designed to encourage interactions and conversations.
